My career began in systems administration and internal business systems development, then grew into aaS platform architecture, SQL performance, cloud initiatives, and production troubleshooting.

  • Created the Portmason™ platform  www.etal.solutions  and launched ReviewNudge™  reviewnudge.solutionsetal.com,   the platform's first application.
  • Designed and implemented .NET applications, APIs, integration components, automation workflows, and relational data solutions using cloud-ready architectural patterns.
  • Built repeatable development and runtime environments using Docker, cloud platforms, and documented deployment practices.
  • Developed reporting and data-processing workflows and applied A.I.-assisted automation to reduce manual overhead.
  • Designed, built, and maintain the public Et al Solutions technology platform (www.etal.solutions), demonstrating modern web architecture, API integration, automated deployment, and technical content delivery.

Project Consulting Services, Inc. (via TEKsystems) — Senior Consultant

  • Built and supported middleware systems integrating multiple enterprise platforms using SQL-based data pipelines and messaging patterns.
  • Architected and implemented a distributed caching framework that reduced SharePoint Online API calls from as many 30+ requests per document down to 1-2, eliminating HTTP 429/503 throttling errors and significantly increasing document-posting throughput.
  • Established SQL performance standards and tuning practices across large-scale relational systems (MS SQL).
  • Partnered with engineering teams to troubleshoot production systems and improve scalability, reliability, and performance.

  • Took an intentional career break while continuing hands-on technical work and professional development.
